Grace's 4th Birthday!
This is the card I made for Grace. It is hard to believe that she is now 4. I do see her age in her along with the 2s and 3s :) Less temper tantrums - more "smarty pants" additude.

This card was created using the Disney Tinkerbell set, Prismacolor pencils and Gamasol. I have done this technique before, but I think I have better control of it now.

On Saturday - for both of the girl's Birthdays - we are getting our hair and nails (hair and eyebrows for me) done. They wanted a day to get pampered with me so that is what we are doing. Each year we have been trying to do something different for their "presents" because they are both practically Christmas babies that buying them something from the store just seems to be Christmas repeating itself. Last year they got to see High School Musical on Ice - this year we are staying closer to home and spending more time with each other. They both seem to enjoy that.
Here are a few photos from Grace's Birthday:

Preggers at 26 wks

I went to the doc today - I had to take the glucose test - my test came back at 152. So, I have to take the 3 hour test on the 12th. I am not thrilled about that at all - so lets hope this one comes back better so that I do not have to deal with Gestational Diabetes for the next 2-3 months.

Below are the newest photos of the twins - whom are still GIRLS :)

This is baby A - right side - she is headdown and facing the right side. She weights in at aprox. 2 lbs 3 ozs.

This is baby B - left side - she is headup and facing the left side. She weights in at aprox. 2 lbs 1 oz.

More to come from Christmas and Grace's Birthday :)

It's Splatter Paint Time!!

With the babies on the way and the hustle & bustle of Christmas and life - we are trying to keep the girls from feeling left out.

We had told the girls that once the extra bedroom had been vacated that we would move them to their new bedroom. We thought this would make them feel like they are a part of the babies being on the way.

We could not decide on how to paint the room - well the contractors just delivered all of the correct paint so we had a ton of colors to choose from but they did not want the room to be the same as the one that they are in. So we told them that we would let them splatter paint the walls. They are using 5-6 different colors on the walls - 2 pinks, 2 blues, an orange and purple.

We captured several picks for you too see - the girls seemed to enjoy throwing the paint on the walls.

Do not mind my outfit - my Troy firetruck pull shirt is getting a little snug - as you can see my belly fills it in nicely - but I am also wearing DH's boxers :)

I think the girls are wearing more paint then what is on the walls! After getting them out of the tub we had to put them in the shower just to get the paint chips rinsed off. There is an advantage to getting so big - Matt will have to clean the tub now :)

Well I am off to bed -Today has been a very long day - Tomorrow I should be able to get the stocking stuffers and the cards from the stamp a stack posted!

They Are Still Girls!
I went to the doctor on the 4th, and my doctor confirmed that we are still having girls. We will still not know if we are having identical or fraternal twin until I either have an amino (which I am not planning on) or they are born. So, there is still that element of surprise involved.
The girls are doing well, and growing. They never seem to stop movning now - and I thought it was rough with Grace. When one stops moving the other starts - so it is seems that my belly squirms all day long now without rest.
I go back to the doc on the 29th when I am just about 26 wks prego. My goal is to reach 36 wks with the girls - that puts me delivering around March 10th - my baby ticker is set to get my to March 10th to have visually get me there! I will be taking the wonderful gluclose test on the 29th - lets hope that I pass.
Today is going to be a busy day - tomorrow is my stamp a stack. So I will be doing the finishing touches and cleaning the house. Wish me luck!
I will post pics of all of my projects soon!
